If you have forgotten your password visit letmein.bac.edu or you can contact our IT Help Desk, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 704-461-6247 or via e-mail at support@bac.edu.

You cannot change your username at this time.

You can access Self-Service by going by clicking here or by going to bac.edu, click on “My Abbey” on the top right-hand corner and select the “Self-Service” link.

There are a few different ways to get to your email. Essentially, your email is a google email (gmail) account with the @abbey.bac.edu extension.  You can get to it by:

• Going to bac.edu, click on “My Abbey” on the top right-hand corner and select the “Student Email” link. 
• Go to email.abbey.bac.edu
• Go to http://mail.google.com.

There are multiple labs on the main campus and on the Sacred Heart campus for currently enrolled students to use.
