Residence Life

  • Poellath and O’Connell Halls (double room): $6,356 per year ($3,178 per semester)
  • Raphael Arthur Hall (single room): $8,086 per year ($4,043 per semester)
  • Cuthbert Allen Apartments: $8,086 per year ($4,043 per semester)
  • St. Benedict and St. Scholastica Halls: $8,086 per year ($4,043 per semester)
  • St. Michael the Archangel Hall (double room): $8,836 per year ($4,418 per semester)
  • St. Gregory the Great and St. Gertrude the Great Halls  (hall style, double room): $9,470 per year ($4,735 per semester)
  • St. Gregory the Great and St. Gertrude the Great Halls (suite style, double room): $11,284 per year ($5,642 per semester)

New student housing assignments are made according to the date of their BAC New Student Housing Application submission in MyHousing.

Returning students select their rooms during room selection in April. They are given a start time for room selection. Their start time is based first on their class year (rising senior, rising junior, or rising sophomore) and second on their cumulative GPA.

  • Basic Meal Plan: $5,276 per year ($2,638 per semester, plus tax), includes 14 meals per week w/ $200 Flex dollars
  • Unlimited Meal Plan: $5,524 per year ($2,762 per semester, plus tax), includes unlimited meals per week w/ $100 Flex dollars

Flex Dollars may be used in the campus coffee shop and grill, Holy Grounds. If you run short on Flex Dollars, you can add more throughout the semester. All resident students are assigned to the Basic Meal Plan unless they change to the Unlimited Plan on their Myhousing account before the end of the drop/add period. Refer to Dining Services with questions regarding meal plans.

Important Dates

March 20th: BAC Returning Student Housing Application opens in MyHousing
  • The housing application will only appear in a student’s MyHousing once they deposit for Fall 2023. After a student deposits, they will be able to access the housing application within 1-2 business days.
March 20th – April 16th: Roommate selection
  • Ends at 11:59PM on Sunday, April 16th.
April 16th: Housing Applications Close in MyHousing at 11:59PM
April 19th: Room selection Day 1
  • Students with 72 or more cumulative credits as of Fall 2022
  • Within each day of room selection, students will receive a start time based on GPA (the student with the highest GPA receives the first start time).Start times will be between 10:00AM and 4:30PM
April 20th: Room selection Day 2
  • Students with 42 to 71 cumulative credits as of Fall 2022
  • Within each day of room selection, students will receive a start time based on GPA (the student with the highest GPA receives the first start time).Start times will be between 10:00AM and 4:30PM
April 21st: Room selection Day 3
  • Students with up to 41 cumulative credits as of Fall 2022
  • Within each day of room selection, students will receive a start time based on GPA (the student with the highest GPA receives the first start time).Start times will be between 10:00AM and 4:30PM
April 23, 2023 at 11:59PM: Room selection ends for all students
April 24th: Returning Student Housing Application Reopens
May 31st: Last day to complete the BAC Returning Student Housing Application.
  • Returning students who submit a housing application after April 24th may not be assigned to housing until after the drop/add date in August 2023.
August 19th: New Student Move-In
